Auditing Organs
The Marazzi Group auditing is performed by the Board of Auditors and the external auditing firm.
Shareholders' Meeting
It verifies the observance of the law and of the company's by-laws, the respect of the principles of correct administration, the adequacy of the company's internal control structure and the working of the accounting department.
The board of auditors is composed of two Statutory Auditors and one Chairman of the Board.

Revision Company
It receives its appointment from the Shareholders' Meeting. Its roles are:
♠ verifying during the year that corporate accounts are properly kept and that the financial position and results of operations of the Company are reported correctly;
♠ verifying that the Financial Statements and the Consolidated Statements match with the figures in the accounting record and with the results of checks; it also verifies that the book keeping documents comply with the regulations;
♠ expressing an opinion on the company's financial statements.
